SHIPPING AND DELIVERY - INDIA
We ship to all the pin codes in India. We have partnered with the best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.
ORDER DISPATCH
Chic Drrapes orders are usually processed and dispatched within 5 -7 business working day. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.
ORDER TRACKING
Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking URL to live track your order.
ORDER DELIVERY
For India:
Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 4-5 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID.
Please note: A 10 Digit Indian Mobile Number is mandatory to receive a package delivery within India as an OTP based delivery is followed by our Logistics Partners. Failure to receive the OTP may lead non-delivery of the package which is totally beyond our control and this can incur additional charges if the package returns back to us. Additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer to reship the package.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping within India:
Chic Drrapes offer free shipping for all prepaid orders (above 3000) within India.
Shipping charges/handling charge of ₹125 is applicable for all orders (below 3000 ) within India
Shipping charges/Cash-handling charge of ₹125 is applicable for all COD orders within India
International Shipping:
International shipping charges are applicable as per the weight of the products in your order and this will be automatically added to your cart at Check Out. Our shipping charges are on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
All the product prices on our website and the shipping charges are exclusive of import duties. As the recipient of the order, you shall be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure payment of import duties to receive your order on arrival. Failing to do so your order might get stuck at the customs department or it may return back to our warehouse and in such cases, we will not be able to refund the shipping charges if it returns back to us and also deduct the charges for the return.
Return should be done in 3 -4 working days after receiving the order, provided the product is within the eligibility criteria for return or exchange.
Refunded amount will be credited in 3-4 working days in original payment mode.
